Step 1

We start by examining your oven for any damage or potential issues. This is to ensure that all components are in good functioning order before we begin the clean. At this stage, we’ll also replace any defective bulbs.

Step 2

Next, our technicians remove all of the racks, trays, side supports, side panels, roof panels, backplate, fan, bulb cases and door seals a complete strip down. This ensures we can fully clean each individual part and leaves the oven as an easily accessible empty shell for us to get to work on.

We heat the oven for a brief period as this will loosen up the baked-on carbon and assist with the clean in step 3.

All of the removed parts are then soaked in specialist products in our professional van- mounted dip tank.

Step 3

Using specially-engineered metal oven scrapers, the difficult first layer of carbon is removed from inside your oven, above the grill element and also the oven door.

Step 4

Once this has been removed, we carefully coat all interior surfaces, including the hard to reach area above your grill element, with our specialist products. We then leave it to permeate the surface and effectively break down the carbon.

Step 5

Next up is the oven door. We remove it for better access and then strip it down to clean in-between the glass.

Step 6

Once we’re satisfied that our specialist products have sufficiently broken down the carbon deposits, we scrub, scrape and remove whatever’s left.

We’ll then return to our van to finish cleaning all of the removable parts. Everything is rinsed off in hot soapy water to ensure no residue is left behind.

Step 7

At this point, we start reassembling your oven, placing all the parts back where they belong.

Step 8

Your oven door is put back into place and the exterior of the door is cleaned and polished.

Step 9

We clean up any mess that has been made.

Step 10

Your oven is ready to use and as good as new!
